Meet the Owner
Owner Eric Geraci is a Springboro native. He attended Miami University, graduating with a degree in Architecture. Eric uses a combination of his design background and first-hand construction experience to help homeowners design and build their envisioned living spaces.
Eric spent years in the field building the projects he has designed. Most companies separate the Sales, Design, and Building aspects of the business, but Eric realizes the interconnectedness of these three roles and values how they work in tandem to successfully execute the project.
Along with his responsibilities as owner, Eric is heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of G-Force. Beginning with the initial phone consultation, our clients interact with Eric every step of the day. He is available by phone for questions, regularly on-site with crew members, and manages any complications that may arise during construction process.
G-Force understands construction can feel overwhelming, and our goal is to streamline the process for our clients. We are not satisfied until our clients are overjoyed with the results!
