• Westbury Powder Coated Aluminum Rail System

Standard Framing Package

• 6x6 Pressure-treated posts

• 18”x36” concrete footings

• Post-installation above grade to prevent rot & facilitate easy replacement in the future

• wrap tops of joists with protective tape to prevent premature decay

• 6x6 beams attached directly to 6x6 with a seat cut

• 12” on-center framing

• Seed and straw yard to repair damage caused by construction

• Design and permitting

Patios

Standard Materials and Specs

• Excavated to soil sub-soil

• Structural fill as required to raise subgrade

• 4” concrete with 3000 PSI with fiber reinforcement

• Dowels installed to connect to existing conrete, as required

• Broom finish with re-trace

• Patio tied into existing grade

• Seed and straw yard to repair damage to caused by contrustion
